What to eat for a good night’s sleep

Patients with insomnia usually try to fall asleep after taking medication. Sometimes I can’t sleep even after taking medicine. Thus taking sleeping pills is very harmful to health. But if you want to take shelter of some natural food without taking medicine, you can get sleep every night.

Milk

If something works like a tonic for sleep, then the name of milk will be at the top of the list. Milk contains calcium melanin. Which controls your sleep and wakefulness cycle. So when you lack sleep, drink 1 glass of hot milk. Where can I not sleep?

Honey

Honey is an effective medicine for sleep. Giving you only 1/2 teaspoon of honey before going to bed at night is a guarantee of perfect sleep.

Banana

There is no substitute for a collar to relax the brain. The magnesium in bananas also relaxes the muscles in our body. As a result, before going to bed, any food made of banana or banana brings sleep before going to bed.

Almonds
